Account deletion
You can permanently delete your Timeball account and associated personal data in the Timeball mobile app.
How to delete your account
Deletion is processed immediately. You will be signed out and returned to the login screen.
- Open the Timeball app and sign in.
- Tap Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- (You can also open My profile and tap Delete account at the bottom.)
- Confirm when prompted.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, we remove:
- Your account credentials and profile (name, email, profile photo)
- Any clubs you own, including rosters, sessions, statistics, and related club data
- Your coach memberships at other clubs
- Sessions you created or coached at other clubs
What is not deleted or may remain
- Roster entries at clubs owned by other people may remain, but your account is unlinked from those entries (your personal account data is removed).
- We do not retain your personal account data after a successful in-app deletion, except where we are legally required to keep certain records.
If you cannot access the app
Email hello@timeball.app from the address tied to your account and request account deletion. We will verify ownership and complete the request within a reasonable time.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
